FX Collision Center has an open opportunity for an energetic, reliable, dependable, and
outspoken Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask even when not directly supervised
- Strong attention to details and accuracy is a must
- Organization skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional appearance
- Clear speaking voice
General responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules
appointments
- Greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Scanning, faxing, and copying documents
- Typing invoices, work orders, emailing customers and invoices
-Filing
-Calling the insurance company
- Entering customer data into QB and CCC estimate software.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Research as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or
presentations.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax
machines.
- Works with staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working
order and office supplies are always on hand.
- Maintains customer and office area clean
