Administrative Assistant

Growing HOA Management Company located in Kensington, Maryland, is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to assist the Financial Manager along with some office duties. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a small business environment. The position offers flexible hours and significant opportunities for professional growth.

At this time we are only looking for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9am-1pm, there may be opportunities to grow into more hours during busy work loads and in the future.

Responsibilities:

Open/distribute mail

Sort mail and scan invoices

Post monthly financial reports to Associations’ portals.

Answer general customer inquiries and greet customers at the office.

Assist with distribution of FOBS, gate clickers, and parking passes.

Various office duties such as sorting mail, group mailings, filing, maintaining copier & postage meter, ordering supplies, and mailing quarterly statements.

Assist the Financial Manager as requested.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of AppFolio property management and accounting software or other HOA management software systems a plus, will train as needed.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Professional customer service demeanor with a positive attitude.

Good communication skills.

Detail oriented, thorough.

Able to work independently while also being a team player.

Flexible and able to multi-task.

Appropriate job experience.
