We are an international document authentications business. The employee filling this position will have regular office work hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Our office is located on Backlick Road, Springfield, Virginia, which is accessible by public transit (bus).
Qualifications:
-Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License with a good driving record.
-No experience necessary; training is available.
-Good English skills, both verbal and written.
-High School graduate
-Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel and Word) and familiarity with the Internet will be helpful
-Be able to multi-task.
Duties:
Google Search
Maintain list and send emails to potential customers
Track shipping costs of documents
Assist with accounting and spreadsheets
Research various document retrieval requests through Internet
Help others with general office duties such as responding to emails, creating mailing packages, photocopies, etc.
