Growing Real Estate Management Company focused on common ownership communities, based in Kensington, Maryland is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work 15 to 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include: answering phones and emails, coordinating notices and correspondence, sorting mail, filing (primarily electronic), scanning/copying, coordinating office equipment and supplies, working on various property operational requirements using property management software, and periodic special projects.
Required skills: must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, well organized, detail oriented, excellent communicator, good customer service skills, able to multi-task, and able to work independently.
