S&W Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess administrative skills. This is a full-time position based in our Falls Church, VA office, requiring the candidate to be available on-site five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with office organization and maintenance of files and records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, arranging logistics, and preparing materials.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the agency, providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with translations of documents and communications as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be local to Falls Church, VA, and available to work on-site five days a week.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
