Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant/Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks as well as engaging with customers to assist them with their plywood and hardwood needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages.

Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Coordinating appointments and meetings

Engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their plywood and hardwood requirements.

Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers.

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Customer Service:

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
