We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Assistant to join our growing team . This is a remote-first position where one day per week maybe required in the office. The position will start as part-time but can be expanded to full-time. Please provide a resume and references if available.
Responsibilities:
Process client applications efficiently and accurately
Follow up with clients and agents to ensure smooth application flow
Maintain clear and concise records
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic
Reliable internet access, computer, and phone required (company can provide laptop and phone for the right candidate)
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License
Benefits:
$28/hour compensation
Flexible part-time schedule (minimum 20 hours per week)
Weekly pay via direct deposit
