RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Warranty Manager in coordinating and overseeing the field offices. Assists the Assistant Manager of Modifications in coordinating all Field Modification activities.
Handles all office administrative needs, including ensuring that the office is properly equipped to support the Warranty Manager.
Organizes and maintains the file system for the Warranty office.
Records data from various reports into SAP, ensuring that the information entered is accurate and correct.
Assists in the coordination of site activities for minor contracts as needed.
Maintains spreadsheets tracking various items such as invoices, material purchased, petty cash, etc.
Handles all consumable part orders received from the sites.
Distributes files and faxes any correspondence according to instructions.
Handles all SAP Field related problems directly with the Site Clerks.
Responsible for the processing of failed parts from the field office back to Yonkers or the vendors as needed
Must work well under pressure and be able to communicate professionally with the field sites as well as all departments within the company.
Must present a professional, competent and organized impression.
Can work independently if required, and without direct supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Capable of working under pressure and ability to meet specific deadlines required
Proficiency in MS-Excel and Word, strong computer skills and strong interpersonal skills required
Strong organizational skills required
