Superior Paving Corp has an immediate opening for an Administrative Specialist to assist the Shop Equipment Manager by coordinating and managing various clerical and recordkeeping tasks. Qualified candidates will have previous administrative/clerical experience in a shop/construction environment, be detail-oriented, be proficient in MS Office Suite, and have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and submitting paperwork to complete vehicle titling and registration .
Tracking and scheduling training for shop employees.
Managing fleet insurance recordkeeping and claim submissions.
Coordinating, tracking, and logging inspections for various equipment.
Submitting various DOT, DMV, and IRS compliance documents.
Other duties as assigned.
