Well established, quality oriented, residential and commercial contractor is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team in the execution of daily tasks, in our Lorton VA office and warehouse.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

File documents and maintain general office organization.

Maintain digital database and customer accounts as directed.

Create sales orders and invoices in QuickBooks.

Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and field employees as needed.

Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish language a plus but not required).

Working knowledge of MS Suite, QuickBooks (this is a must).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Customer service oriented.

Abele to adapt to a fast paced environment.

Open to learn and be trained as needed.
