Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist who is committed to upholding our pledge of respect and compassion for all. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling a high volume of incoming calls, and supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Core Job Functions and Responsibilities:

-Manage Incoming Communications: Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls, accurately route them, take messages, and follow through as needed.

Client Interaction: Respond to clients presenting at the door throughout the day.

Mail and Packages: Route incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily.

Facility Management: Maintain reception area and conference rooms. Set up and break down for meetings and events as needed, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary.

Warehouse Coordination:

Coordinate with the warehouse team on ordering, receiving, maintaining, and distributing food and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Office Supplies Management: Inventory and maintain general office supplies, coordinating with the Executive Assistant for ordering.

Client Intake: Assist with the intake of new clients as needed.

Volunteer Coordination: Maintain the volunteer spreadsheet.

Database Management: Update assigned databases regularly.

Social Media Assistance: Assist with social media posts to promote our mission and events.

File Management: Maintain and secure paper and electronic files.

Additional Duties: Complete other duties as assigned.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience with office management software and social media platforms is a plus.

High School Diploma
