About Us:
Dynamic and fast-paced adult career school in the Washington DC area seeks a professional, friendly, and highly organized bilingual receptionist to manage our busy front desk. Our school is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our potential and current students. Therefore, as our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our school by phone and in person. You will also provide customer service and administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly using a multi-line phone system
Manage appointments, schedules, and maintain front desk organization
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Translate documents and assist with communication in both English and Spanish
Enter potential and current student information into the company CRM.
Manage the overall flow of clients, students, and staff in the reception area
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling student and visitor’s access
Assist and participate in the school’s student retention and staff motivation events
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
College, high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
