An executive assistant is needed to organize and optimize the home office of the business owner.
Must be self-directed, fast-paced, and good decision-maker. and
Important skills:
-comfortable with Microsoft suite; Word, Excel, PPT
-Outlook 365
-MS Teams
Key tasks;
-Email clean-up and organization
-Email responses
-office organization
-Manage mail
-Update specific files
-outbound phone calls to vendors/agencies as needed
This is a short-term project with the potential for a longer-term part-time engagement.
