We are looking for energetic, patient and caring on doing employee (personal, respite and CDS) schedules, schedule time off for employees, schedule overtime, monitor absenteeism and late arrivals for employees and handle overlapping schedules without stressing.
Making schedule appointments such as doctor appointments for with the client, setting meetings agenda quarterly and annual schedule visits. Handling Personal Money Management: manage short- and long-term goals around budgeting, creating a family budget, emergency funds, plan for emergency management of funding. Filing employees timesheet and other payroll documents through database. Answering phone call, filing paperworks, updating records, preparing reports, email correspondence, ordering groceries and maintaining inventory supplies needed.
