Very busy service center located in Chantilly has an immediate opening for a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service and ensuring the smooth operation of our auto repair shop.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the shop
- Answer phones and schedule appointments for vehicle repairs
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding service repairs
- Maintain and organize customer and vehicle information
- Invoice customers and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies as well as parts inventory
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist, preferably in an automotive setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (phones, computers, fax machines, etc.) and software
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and patience
