Job Overview:
A small local IT company in Chantilly is looking to add to their team with a Marketing Associate. This position will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns in order to help grow the business and expand into new verticals. Job Duties:
Create engaging social media posts with clear and effective messaging
Create meeting materials for prospects and webinars/ seminars
Update website with relevant content
Create marketing campaigns using multiple mediums of marketing including direct mail, email, video, and social media marketing
Answer and assist potential clients with phone inquiries
Assist with the writing and creation of a monthly newsletter
Effectively explain and describe the benefits of the services offered to proceed with a consultative appointment
Monitor social media engagement and respond to client posts as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Completed Bachelors degree in a related field
Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office, Hootsuite, and social media platforms
Skilled in creative programs such as Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Proactive and able to work hard and stay busy
Outgoing, friendly, energetic, and welcoming demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work comfortably in a small team environment
