Office manager position for electrical contractor located in Alexandria, VA
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently at times
Flexible hours, job can be full time or part time (30-40 hrs per week M-F)
Responsibilities will include:
Answering calls from customers
Scheduling appointments
Emailing customers, suppliers, and team members
Handling of material orders
Communicating with crews- updating existing estimates/ invoices/ sales orders
Will need Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks)

$20- $30 per hr
