Outbound Customer Service Rep.

Our company is in search of an Outbound Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for following up with customers who have previously purchased our products and services.

THIS IS A TEMP POSITION

Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-1PM or 10AM-2PM

You will have to train during the evening for the first 1-2 weeks from 5pm-9pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via telephone.

Gather customer information and input it into company database.

Collaborate with other customer service representatives.
