We are CPA Firm in Old Town, Alexandria looking for an office assistant to help the office manager with tasks.
This is a part-time position. Monday through Friday.
Functions:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the office manager as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma
- Experience in working in a professional/office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel
About 4 hours per day. Flexible timing but consistency.
