Family-owned masonry/ construction company in search of Remote Admin Assistant.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who is strongly proactive, eager to succeed, determined, dependable and willing to learn. This is a work from home position. You will need a good WI-FI.

Extreme attention to detail and experience with multitasking and tight deadlines is required
Professional written and oral communication skills necessary for internal and external customers
Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues

Responsibilities:
- pick up phone calls.
- Set appointment.
- check emails.
- Customer support and assist
- data entry to CRM and QuickBooks
- office supplies
- write up estimates.
- write up invoices.
- Go through the CRM and follow up with Leeds.

remote office hours are from 8:00a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
