We currently have an opening for a Residential Sales Operations Specialist, to assist in the achievement of the company’s strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of NV Roofing vision, mission, purpose, and values.
Position Overview
As the sales operation’s specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and will play a key role in expanding our pipeline and growing our client base. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and helping to close deals. Key Responsibilities
SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting outside sales team, setting up new clients, processing jobs in designated software, maintaining and updating CRM and generating various reports for Sales Leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales process by performing the following duties:
Create a positive customer experience.
Respond to and manage customer phone calls and/or emails regarding leads and/or estimating/job status inquiries and schedule sales team accordingly
Educate homeowners on products and service offerings and make recommendations based on their needs.
Provides daily report of sales and lead information to sales manager.
Follow up with customers after proposals have been provided to answer any outstanding questions and schedule additional sales visits or convert proposal into sold work.
Record where leads are produced - technician, demand, maintenance, marketed and marketed lead source.
Initiate outbound calls for appointment reminders Become “expert” in CRM to support clients and internal users
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries or to provide information.
Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.
Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.
Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Monitor appointment schedule as it evolves throughout the day.
Accept and record payments for jobs in CRM and Accounting software
Capture deposit invoices for contracted project replacements.
Assist sales teams by coordinating key sales meetings, ‘Lunch and Learns’, ordering gift cards, and other materials
Monitor and track monthly sales metrics and KPI’s, keeping the My90 tool updated.
Partner with sales and operations leadership to continually develop improved processes.
Assist in renewing annual customer contracts (maintenance) and manage contract expiration dates
Update current Contracts (addendums) to reflect new end dates
Manage the Residential Sales email and dissemination of information to appropriate teams
Liaison with internal teams (finance, capital production and service/client care) as needed.
Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.
Monitor daily call count and revenue goals to help ensure each department meets their daily, weekly and monthly goals Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. High school diploma; Up to 5 years related experience and/or training in customer service, sales support; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
