Job Title: Tag & Title Clerk
Location: Chantilly (VA)
Are you detail-oriented and organized with experience in DMV procedures? We’re hiring a Tag & Title Clerk to join our team at Mahwy Cars, a fast-growing dealership in Virginia!
Key Responsibilities:
Process vehicle titles and registrations efficiently and accurately.
Ensure all DMV paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all title and registration transactions.
Liaise with the DMV and other agencies to resolve any issues.
Provide excellent customer service to dealership staff and customers regarding title and registration processes.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a tag and title position or similar role preferred.
Familiarity with DMV processes and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
