Help Unlimited Staffing is looking for candidates for Temporary Concierge Jobs in the Northern VA and DC area. The jobs are short-term and the usual shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11:00pm-7am, including potentially weekends.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Concierge is a Hospitality and Customer Service Specialist that is stationed at a front desk or secure entrance. The Concierge coordinates the general operations of commercial or residential buildings and performs supportive and/or administrative duties as contractually determined. Essential duties include the following:
Provide services to the client’s tenants/residents/employees.
The ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
Disseminate/provide information on local events.
Ability to communicate services by phone.
Plan events within property to building tenants.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Ability to read and write English clearly.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Excellent oral communication (English) skills (good grammar, voice, and diction)
Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
Ability to work independently and make judgment calls.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Constant Maintenance of Business Professional Appearance and Professional Persona
Intermediate Level Computer Skills
Reliable Method of Transportation
Strong Critical Thinking Skills and Multitasking
