Choice Property Management is seeking a positive and upbeat individual for the Leasing Specialist position. Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for the right individual to grow with us. This is a sales & marketing position for a self-starter individual.
Some of the responsibilities for the position include:
- Conducting property showings & open houses
- Social Media Outreach
- Conducting Property Rental Assessments
- Taking various marketing photographs of properties
- Creating Custom Marketing Themes for each rental home
- Creating custom floor plans
- The institution and upkeep of advertisement and marketing of rental properties
- Qualifying potential applicants
- Scheduling appointments
- Conducting property inspections
- Providing feedback on individual showings
and much more. .
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation & a valid driver's license
Must be able to drive to properties within a 50 mile radius of the Vienna office
Professional Appearance and Demeanor.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
Excellent organizational skills.
Very detailed orientated.
Strong computer skills including MS Office suite.
Must be a quick learner and able to think on their feet.
Cell phone with capability to send/receive text messages, photographs and emails.
Benefits & Compensation
ENTRY LEVEL, Full time, hourly position
Commission per lease
Reimbursement for business driven miles

7 paid Holidays per Year with an additional 5 Days of Vacation after the 1 year anniversary
Prior SALES experience is a plus.
Position requires both field & office work.
Work Schedule:
Saturday: 10:00 am 5:00 pm
Sunday: OFF
Monday: 10:00 am 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am 7:00 pm
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
