I am seeking a maintenance man or Assistant Engineer to assist in operation of a 168 unit high rise apartment building. Work consists of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, changing of filters, apartment turnover, customer service for my cherished residents and a lot of common sense as well as a desire to learn more.
Salary depends on skill level, work experience, willingness to work HARD and personality to work with residents and Property Manager.
Apartment on site is potentially available.
