-We are a residential property management company in DC (Steward Management LLC), seeking someone for a part time, commission-based 1099 marketing position
DETAILS:
-You will gather information on the vacant unit (rent, date available, etc), take incredible pictures and video, and then post fantastic ads on Zillow and Facebook groups that drive traffic
-You will filter through interested candidates to make sure they meet our application criteria prior to showings
-You will conduct showings in person at residential buildings in DC with interested candidates
-You will ensure the building looks neat and tidy prior to showings (cleaning up trash out front, making sure lobby is clean and fresh-smelling, putting out mints during a showing, etc)
-You must have a car, must pass our own background check, and be willing to do showings nights and weekends
-We pay $400 per unit filled and you are paid as a 1099 contractor. This job is super easy and lucrative if you're good at what you do.
