The Charles Wilson Group is a longstanding top producing team operating in the Maryland/DC area. We are licensed in Maryland, DC and Virginia. We owned a top producing RE/MAX office in the Kentlands for 25 years. We are with Sotheby’s International Real Estate in Bethesda, Maryland. We are looking for 1 or 2 people to affiliate and become an integral member of our team.
Responsibilities:
Schedule showings and provide buyer with tour list and schedule
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes,Following up with clients
Assist in prep for listings and clients
Provide lead agent comprehensive feedback based on showings
Host Open Houses for our listings & other agents in our office to bring additional leads
Attend inspections, walk throughs, and settlements
Help with paperwork administratively
Bring existing Database to the team
Add 25 contacts to the team Database on a monthly basis

Real estate license in Maryland mandatory
