Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist medical cannabis patients with product recommendations and guidance
Process transactions accurately using Dutchie Pay and other POS systems
Track inventory and sales data using Metrc (experience preferred)
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary floor
Provide education on products and promote a safe, respectful environment for all customers and staff
Qualifications:
Prior cannabis industry experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Metrc and Dutchie Pay a big plus
Solid computer and POS system skills
Excellent communication and people skills—this is a customer-facing role
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in DC
