Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Host / Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, provide top-notch customer service, and assist with sales. This role requires a professional attitude, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
Assist customers with questions, product recommendations, and sales.
Maintain store appearance—ensure displays, shelves, and merchandise are neat and organized.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Promote products, specials, and store events.
Handle customer concerns in a professional and solution-focused manner.
Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Three (3) professional references required.
Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
