FLOR COFFEE + BOOKS is more than just a café—it’s a space for connection, creativity, and wellness. Located in the heart of Georgetown, we serve high-quality coffee, nourishing food, and curated books in a warm, thoughtfully designed environment.
We’re looking for passionate, friendly, and detail-oriented Baristas to join our opening team!
Positions Available:
2 Full-Time Baristas (minimum 1 year of barista experience required)
1 Part-Time Barista (experience preferred but not required)
What You'll Do:
Craft consistently delicious coffee and tea beverages with care and precision
Deliver warm and welcoming service to every guest
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
Support a team-oriented and respectful work environment
Share knowledge and love of coffee, books, and wellness
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience for full-time roles
Availability to work mornings, weekends, and some holidays
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to grow with us
Spanish is a plus
A love for hospitality and a mindful approach to customer service
