We proudly represent most of the top luxury brands in the industry and serve homeowners, designers, and contractors working on high-end residential projects.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a full-time In-Showroom Sales Representative, but we are also open to qualified candidates interested in a part-time role with flexible hours. This in-person position is based in our Georgetown showroom, where you’ll assist walk-in and appointment clients in selecting products for their kitchen, bath, and architectural hardware needs.
You’ll join a supportive team in a consultative, design-focused environment—this is not a typical retail sales floor. Comprehensive training will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and assist clients in the showroom
Guide clients through product selection and create proposals
Maintain communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
Prepare quotes and track order/delivery status
Maintain showroom displays, signage, product library, and overall presentation
Support general operational needs of the showroom
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Microsoft Office skills
Professional demeanor and comfort in a high-end retail environment
Experience in sales, interior design, or customer service is a plus
Training provided
COMPENSATION (Full-Time):
Base salary: $45,000 annually (always in place)
Commission plan: Based on gross profit
Onboarding stipend: $1,000/month for the first six months to support your transition into the commission program
(You will receive whichever is greater—either the stipend or earned commission. You will not receive both.)
EXPECTED TOTAL COMPENSATION (Full-Time):
Year 1: $60,000–$75,000+
PART-TIME IS A POSSIBLITY COMPENSATION:
To be discussed based on experience and availability.
