Position Overview: SealMaster is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The Assistant Store Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, managing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring the store meets sales goals and customer satisfaction targets. This is a seasonal position from the beginning of May to the end of October.
Qualifications:
Able to Lift 50lbs.
Forklift Experience (Preferred)
High School diploma or GED Required
Valid Driver’s License
Strong Computer and Administrative Skills
Dependable
Experience in paving/sealing industry is helpful.
Exceptional Customer Service
Mechanical skills are a plus.
Hourly Pay Starting at ($17-$20) per hour.
