Warehouse Fulfillment Associate (Springfield, VA)
compensation: $15.00 - $18.00/hr depending on experience

job title: Warehouse Associate
We import and distribute high quality coffee and coffee products in the DC Metro area.
Monday - Friday
7:00am - 3:00pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Moving boxes weighing up to 45lbs
- Packing coffee and coffee related products
- Using various platforms and mobile apps for entering orders and preparing invoices
- Maintaining inventory of products
Preferred skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient warehouse layout
- Mental and physical capacity to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center strongly preferred
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including load/unload techniques
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as packing slips, invoices, and safety guidelines
- Detail oriented
- May require some delivery so valid driver license is required
