HotBed Technologies, Inc. is currently in search of experienced AV Engineers who would be interested in working either as full-time employees, or by the hour, during normal working hours for ongoing projects we are involved in related to Audio Visual Systems Installation.
AV Engineers should have hands on experience running AV cable, terminating connectors, mounting TV's and Projectors, installing speakers, mics, amps, mixers, control systems, etc
Experience with manufacturers such as Extron, ClearOne, Crestron, JBL, Shure, Chief, Draper, and others a definite plus.
We will consider all levels of experience. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Must have your own basic tools and transportation.
Experience with data and voice cabling, CCTV, and/or access control systems a plus, but not required.
Full-time Installer positions will involve work during normal hours and at times after hours and on weekends.
PT Installer weekly workload could be 20 to 40 hours to start with the goal of making this a full-time position over time. (Subcontracting companies also considered)
Our office is in McLean, VA with 99% of the work in the DC metro area.
Weekly workload could be either full-time or 10 - 40 hours per week for part-time workers to start, with the goal of making this a full-time position over time. Full-time positions will be for 40 hours per week.
