We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. Working regionally in the DMV area. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing cabling and network cabling infrastructure systems for our clients.
Duties
- Install and configure cabling infrastructure and network components
- Voice, Data, Audio/Video, Security, Paging, Intercom Wiring
- Provide hands on support during cabling installations
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Network Infrastructure and cabling systems
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Must own a vehicle (Mandatory for work) preferred Van or SUV
- Must have your own Low Voltage Structured cabling tools including an 8th-foot Ladder or
extendable
- Must have Structured cabling experience
- Must be able to terminate and punch down cat5 &6 cables
- Must have 66 and 110 Block cabling experience
- Fiber installation and termination experience a Plus
Part Time to Full Time Tech weekly work load can be 20-40 hours to start. 1099 employee
