We are seeking professional, reliable, and experienced Armed Security Guards to join our team in Maryland. The ideal candidates will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for our retail clients and the public.
Job Title: Experienced Armed Security Guard – Maryland
Location: Various Retail Locations throughout PG Country Maryland
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated armed security presence at assigned retail sites.
Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
Enforce site-specific policies and procedures.
Monitor access control and ensure the safety of clients, employees, and visitors.
Complete accurate and detailed daily activity reports.
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and requests for assistance.
Requirements:
Must have a valid Maryland Security Guard Card and handgun permit.
Minimum 4 year of armed security experience.
Must be at least 25 years old.
High School Diploma or GED.
Clean background and drug-free.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must have FULL Duty Belt & Ballistic vest
Preferred Experience
Prior Law enforcement, military, or advanced security training background.
CPR/First Aid certification.
