AFS ENTERPRISES, Inc. Is looking for Nightlife Security to safeguard the bars/night club’s property while maintaining the safety and compliance of the guest and employees. The ideal candidate will be an LGBTQ+ ally, personable, able to maintain composure in a highly stressful environment, along with possessing a high level of observation and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage large crowds in a nightlife environment.
Responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to provide safe environment for guests and employees.
Enforce safety policies and procedures in the area of responsibility to ensure as safe environment for all guests and employees.
Report incidents to management and attempt to de-escalate incidents involving threats or acts of violence against either guests or employees.
Job Requirements:
Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Willing to work in a loud environment.
Must be available to work all shifts: to include Day shift, Night shift, Overnight shift, Weekend, Holiday, 8 hour shift, and 12 hour shift.
Must be 21 years of age or over.
Pay: Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with the pay cap at $20.00 per hour. All employees are W-2 and paid bi-weekly.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
