Seeking experienced individuals for consistent part-time weekend security positions in multiple city nightlife locations in the H Street & U Street areas, as well as downtown DC. Immediate openings are available with ongoing weekend shifts and some weekday opportunities. Responsibilities include ID check, bag checks, crowd control, and incident de-escalation. Experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued. We provide training for suitable candidates without prior security experience. Requirements:
-Punctual and dependable with strong communication skills
-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to security
-Ability to remain composed in high-energy or challenging situations
-Deescalating confrontational situations
-Remain alert and vigilant while on duty
-Ability to respond effectively to security incidents, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate physical intervention when necessary
