Fluffy Thoughts Cakes in McLean, VA is looking for an enthusiastic counterperson to join our friendly team! Bakery skills and experience are a plus but not necessary. We are looking for a counterperson to open the store who is excited about providing excellent customer service. Flexible schedule is preferred, especially for training! We are looking for someone to work mornings and Saturdays.
The perfect candidate should have the following qualifications:
A welcoming smile and personality.
Strong people skills. This position involves mostly serving cupcakes to customers and providing excellent customer service.
A love of desserts, all employees receive an employee discount to be used on our sweet treats!
Self initiative and a willingness to always help each other.
A willingness to pitch in and be a part of a fun and welcoming team while learning new skills.
