Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is driven, confident, and skilled at building strong customer relationships. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, presenting product options, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base.
Greet and engage customers, building rapport and identifying their needs.
Present products and services clearly and professionally to help customers make informed decisions.
Maintain a deep understanding of product features, pricing, and promotions.
Assist customers through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the sale.
Follow up with leads, maintain communication, and build long-term customer relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
Accurately complete sales documentation and maintain organized records.
Collaborate with team members to support a positive, goal-driven environment.
Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to ensure all customers receive excellent service.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Pleasant, professional, and confident demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to use sales software/CRM systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
