Job Summary: The Cabinetry Sales Expert (CSE) will play a critical role in guiding clients through the kitchen design process. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and a strong understanding of kitchen cabinetry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for technicalities, and the ability to provide personalized solutions that meet the needs and preferences of our clients. Often working with the trade industry, this role focuses more on the technical and product knowledge of cabinetry sales rather than design. The job will be to assist other interior designers, architects, and contractors alike, toward the best product and services that will help them achieve their goals. We only sell the cabinets, not installation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Consultation:

- Meet with tradespeople and homeowners to discuss their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget.

- Conduct on-site visits to assess the space and take accurate measurements.

- Provide expert advice on kitchen layout, cabinetry options, materials, and finishes.

Design Development:

- Create detailed and accurate kitchen design plans using 2020 Design Live.

- Develop and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and material samples.

- Collaborate to refine and finalize design concepts.

Sales and Customer Service:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present quotes, contracts, and sales agreements within days.

- Assist clients with product selection and place orders for cabinetry and related materials.

Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project timelines and address any issues that arise during the design and installation process.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency 2020 Design.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, cabinetry, and materials.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
