Our fast-growing company is looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team in Arlington, VA.

What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat / web inquiries with a warm professional attitude.
Schedule appointments, coordinate with cleaning teams, monitor job progress, and follow up with clients
Resolve customer issues: complaints, rescheduling, special requests, and post-service feedback
Update and maintain the CRM / scheduling software with accurate client and job data
Work cross-functionally with Operations / Field Managers to ensure service quality and timely response
Generate quotes / estimates or assist in generating them
Track customer satisfaction metrics (e.g. reviews, surveys), prepare summary reports, and recommend improvements
Provide occasional administrative support (billing, invoicing, or documentation) as needed
Compensation
$40,000–$50,000/year based on experience

Requirements
Experience in customer service and sales, preferably in service-based or cleaning / facilities industry
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills
Comfortable with CRM / scheduling tools and general office software (e.g. Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
Positive, customer-friendly attitude with attention to detail
Comfortable speaking on the phone and closing sales with confidence
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related training a plus)
