Customer Service Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Face-to-Face Client Interaction (Buying, Selling, Appraising, etc.)

Phone Client Interaction (Scheduling, Appraising, etc.)

Handling POS transactions (Cash, Card, Returns, etc.)

Handling Fine Metals and Jewelry

Learning Valuation and Appraisal Techniques (experience is a plus - on-the-job training provided!)

Inventory Management (Organizing, Spreadsheet Tracker, etc.)

Organizing and Cleaning

Direct Communication w/Supervisor

Attending In-Store Meetings with Clients (Note Taking, etc.)

Qualifications:

1-2 Years Front Facing Customer Service (Retail preferred, all experience welcome!)

1 Year Administrative Experience (Email, Inventory, Spreadsheets, etc.)

Excel preferred

High School or GED Equivalent Education

Clean Background Check - MUST be Bondable

Verifiable Employment

Interest in Bullion, History, and Collectibles (huge plus!)

(Preferred, Not Required) Bilingual, English and Spanish

Strong Communication/Sales Skills

Availability:

Flexible scheduling - hours of operation M-F 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, S 10:00 AM - 3 PM

3 Days a Week, 8 Hour Shifts

1-2 Weekend Days available a month

Pay and Salary:

Hourly Range (Experience Factored) - $15 - $25/hourly

Base Hourly Rate + Bonuses
