JK Pest & Termite is looking for Highly motivated individuals for Door to Door Sales in the Northern VA Area. As a Door-to-Door Summertime Salesman for JK Pest & Termite, you will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new customers through door-to-door sales efforts. You will represent JK Pest & Termite with professionalism and enthusiasm while promoting our pest control services to homeowners in the area. JK Pest Offers a Flexible schedule with full-time and part-time opportunities available. This Sales position is commission based per sale with Performance Bonuses and Monthly Sales Bonuses. This position is usually 40 hours per week, generally scheduled from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Sunday. The Days you work are up to you. This is a Seasonal position from May through August.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential neighborhoods.
-Engage with homeowners to identify pest control needs and educate them about our services.
-Present product offerings and effectively communicate the benefits of choosing JK Pest & Termite.
-Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments for inspections and service consultations.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
-Sales experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
