Key Qualifications:
- Life insurance license required (Life & Health insurance license is a plus)
- Experience selling life insurance over the phone
- Bilingual is a huge plus (English and Spanish) but not required
- Proven track record as a closer who just needs the right opportunities to succeed
- Ability to work independently and hit their goals
- A heart for service — we need someone who loves to help people and serve their community
