Role & Responsibilities:
- Generating leads through various channels, including door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Providing detailed estimates and proposals for roofing, siding, and gutter projects.
- Assisting customers with storm damage insurance claims, including documentation, communication with insurance adjusters, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in roofing sales and/or storm damage insurance claims.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using technology, including drones and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
