Armor Fence, Deck and Patio LLC is a leading outdoor living construction company serving the Northern Virginia market for over 34 years. Our services include design and installation of fences, custom decks, screened porches, patios, and walkways. We are seeking qualified salesman for our fence division ( as well as our deck, porch and patio divisions ) in the Northern Virginia ( Prince William County, Loudoun County, Fairfax County, etc) and Fredericksburg/ Stafford markets.
Sales experience preferably in the outdoor living construction industry
Construction knowledge and home improvement experience a plus
Personable, confident, assertive, quick study, consultative sales aptitude
Highly organized and efficient planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively as a team member
Ability to problem solve and handle deadlines
Knowledge of excel, CRMs, pricing spreadsheets
Detail oriented and self-starter
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Prepare proposals base upon company's price lists
Diligent, pleasant persistent follow up with prospects with project estimates
Diligent follow up with customers during and upon completion of projects
Maintaining highest level of relationship sales and customer service
In person customer meetings

Job Type: 100% Commission: Commission Expected: $55,000 - $145,000+ per year
Education:
Associates Degree+, or High School equivalent (Minimum)
Sales Experience: Non-Retail – B to C – 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: 50% local client sites and 50% home/office

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
