We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as In-Store Lead Generators to drive customer engagement and generate leads for our free flooring installation estimates.
Role Overview: As an In-Store Lead Generator, you will be the face of Anas Contracting in-store, interacting directly with customers to inform them about our free flooring installation estimates and encourage them to sign up. Your primary goal will be to drive sign-ups by leveraging your communication skills and persuasive abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in the store to introduce them to our free flooring installation estimate offer.
Effectively communicate the benefits and details of our flooring installation services.
Qualify leads and capture customer information accurately.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Collaborate with store staff to create a welcoming and informative environment.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and special offers.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
Performance-Based Pay Structure with earnings ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 per week.
Unlimited commission potential based on the number of leads generated and conversions achieved.
