Role Description
This is a remote contract position for a Self-Employed Independent Agent at Compass Health Consultants. The compensation is 100% commissions plus bonuses. The Agent will be responsible for prospecting (but we have a great lead program to help), building client relationships, and recommending customized health insurance solutions. Daily tasks include lead contact, sales presentations and customer follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Self-motivated and results-driven
Experience in insurance sales or related field
Ability to work independently and remotely
Goal-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
