[A] Continuous and ongoing. Creative and collaborative. It is fully remote and online if you want it to be. Open to hybrid training and real-life events as well, but not required. Just show up. Continue to show up. Commit. Ask questions. Learn as much as you can. When you're ready to teach others, you can recruit and build a sales team from the ground up.

[A] You do in many places, including Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Therefore, if you are serious about this and want the ability to go door-to-door by yourself, you will need to get permits and certifications before you do that. We can help you pursue this by pointing you in the right direction and offering guidance.
[Q] How much can I earn?
[A] Typical commission size ranges from $1,000 to $7,000, depending on deal size and level of involvement.
Ambassadors earn $1,000 per closed deal, payable upon glass going up on the roof.
Solar consultants and sales reps earn up to $7,000 for self-closing deals on large solar systems, which offer ideal customers significant savings and high value.
[Q] What does the solar sales cycle look like?
[A] Discovery calls and Zoom appointments can usually be set and held within 48 hours of contact
1 discovery call (initial offer) and 1 hour-long Zoom sales presentation (follow-up offer)
1-2 post-sales call touches to overcome objections, resolve fears, facilitate optimism, and secure the sale
90-day installs in some parts of the area, other times it takes half a year or more.
Paid in full when the glass goes up.
[Q] Do you offer customers financing, and what kinds of products do you carry?
[A] We are an independent solar dealer that subcontracts labor to partners nationwide. Depending on customer needs, we offer over 100 different products and financing configurations. We carry premium tier-one panels, American-made panels, and lead-free solar panels. As well as new roofs, battery backups, EV charging stations, and power inverters.
[Q] Do you offer your customers a warranty?
[A] Yes. We protect and value our customers and their investments.
We follow through on this commitment by offering a substantial 30-year warranty, pre-paid at the time of sale.

[A] Almost anyone with the drive to succeed. But we'll humor you—sales leaders who sell EVs as a primary job and have access to high-level decision-makers. [A] Company leads are not guaranteed. You must prove yourself first by self-generating and closing deals independently. We have the final say, and our discretion is absolute, but we require 3 self-generated and closed deals before you may even be considered for company leads as a pre-requisite. Leads are given out at our sole discretion.

[A] I am happy to work with my team to set up and staff live events. Although this is optional, it is an excellent direct sales lead generation method and a great opportunity to make lasting community connections.
